We went to this awesome fundraiser for our county's parks, Dozer Day. They had about 25 stationary excavating machines for the kids to climb up and down and honk horns and pull levers. We took a ride in the bucket of a monster dump truck. Jett sounded the siren-horn of an ambulance. Met a firefighter and climbed in his truck and dug around in the dirt (which he didn't particularly like getting dirty, we'll have to fix that!). He wasn't old enough to operate any of the earthmovers but it was fun to get up close and watch. Unfortunately, our batteries to the camera died basicly walking in, but we managed 2 pictures and thought we'd share. We had a blast!
