Reassurance

So, we attend a "storytime" 1-2 days a week and Jett has never sat down to listen through a whole book let alone the whole storytime. It's not like it is super boring either, besides reading they sing songs, dance, do puppets, or small toys. But no, Jett can't keep his attention for more than 30 sec. Well, one of the teachers just gave me some reassurance today. She learned from some experts that even if a child isn't giving their full attention they are still absorbing what is being said and done. So to just keep at it becuase he is still learning, it just might take awhile for him to give his undivided attention. So just relax I geuss, he'll do it on his own time, wheww. And all this time I've been trying to get the little rocket to sit still, what was I thinking!

Oh, just in case we don't contact everyone soon, we'll be coming to see the family on Mark's next break, we are way excited!
